Tiffany graduated from Chapman University, and earned her MBA in Business Economics.
She founded Platinum Funding Group, Inc. in 1998 and has provided leadership and vision that has continued to facilitate growth even in this challenging mortgage market.
Tiffany is an owner/producer and has been recognized as one of the top 10 mortgage originators in California for the past six consecutive years. She is considered an expert in the mortgage industry and has contributed articles and is an information source for industry publications such as; Mortgage Originator, National Mortgage Broker, American Banker, National Mortgage News, Origination News, Real Estate Finance and others. Tiffany has an immense understanding and vast knowledge of the current economic trends and methodologies in this challenging and changing mortgage market.
She is a distinguished member of the American Economic Association, and keeps current of the mortgage banking industry and mortgage related laws regulating mortgage banking and financial services. Her business affiliations include; American Economic Association , Mortgage Bankers Association board member, California Association of Mortgage Brokers, National Mortgage Brokers Association, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1989.

BERNADETTE FENNEL

Bernadette Fennel joined Platinum Funding and was instrumental in its inception in 1998. She is a top producer and expert in the mortgage industry.
Bernadette's closings over the last few years, primarily from past clients and referrals, have ranged from 35-63M.
Before joining Platinum Funding, she was the Top Volume Producer for Mortgage Professionals in Irvine, California. Prior to that, she was a Legal Administrator for several mid-sized law firms in California, where she spent many years managing all aspects of the law firm.
SANDRA DODD
Transaction Coordinator
Sandra started her Mortgage Career lending in the Pacific Southwest in 2000 as a wholesale account executive servicing brokers across the country. After several years of successful sales for several pioneer institutions and investors in the country, Sandra decided to further her career as a loan consultant for a premiere direct lender backed by one of the largest investment firms on Wall Street. To date, Sandra has almost 9 years experience in Real Estate Lending.
